The space is peaceful and welcoming. The massage, which was well needed, was precise. I carry a lot of tension and stress and often am bruised. She was gentle and effective. New found home!

I LOVE this place!! Saun is very accommodating in every way. Her massages are deep and therapeutic, the way I like them! She is great to be around and the environment is so welcoming. Highly recommend.

Each time I visit I feel a huge sense of relief from my massage. Shan is a very skilled massage therapist and will make you understand the difference between a good and great massage. I’ve been going here for about a year and so happy to have found this gem right in the neighborhood!

Tailored Massage Therapy has been my growing passion for the last 9 years. We started off small and local connecting mind and body one individual experience at a time. In 2022 we expanded into Evergreen Park and added our yoga studio. Entering this peaceful space you feel the calm and reconnect your seeking. Tailored Mt and Wellness is here to meet each client individually needs to mind and body care.
