Cutting Up is a 10 year shop that's a very nice place to get your hair cut!!! It's clean and kid friendly!!! I've gotten compliment after compliment after every cut from my barber and childhood friend Herschal!!! So the next time you need a cut, stop in and tell them the guy with the big hoops? sent you?!!!
