I wanted the vents cleaned because there was black gunk around them. Abbott Air Duct immediately responded with a recommendation for a licensed mold specialist. I admire a company that is upfront and honest with customers before they come out. The expert did not disappoint. His work was of incomparable quality. He left my vents spotless, and I retained his contact information for future usage.
