Today I had the pleasure of working with Rick. He is a calm and professional man. I was highly stressed and so the way he was able to keep a calm demeanor over the phone while I felt so neurotically scattered- really felt grounding to me. He called to let me know when he was on his way and arrived a bit earlier than the estimated time I was originally given by my insurance agent. I watched him load up my car (named Ravina) and it was sad to see my hurting car go on the ambulance (as I call the tow truck) but it made me feel very glad to see Rick taking great care to make sure my car was safe and secure and loading up properly.
