Voicemail says they will try to return your call. They never return calls. It took months to get to someone who got them to schedule an appointment for me. I should have known then it was an issue.

Was supposed to have an procedure on 4-30-25. Canceled due to them failing to return my calls. Figured if I wasn't important to get a return call. They didn't need my money at all. Complained to the insurance company and the doctor who recommended them. I gave the doctor a second chance after 7 years and he didn't help me the first time and hasn't helped as of today. There seems to be a recurrent communication problem with this office. No one answers the phone ever. They will cancel patient appts, not return calls to reschedule, not fax prescriptions over to the pharmacy. This goes on not only at the palos office but also at the chic ridge as well. Get a whole new front desk or answering service if they cant follow up. This has been problematic for yrs. Is there a way to give zero stars for this office? Communication is terrible. Trying to get a referral or coordination of care with this office and the sleep center they work with on Harlem and SW Hwy is a nightmare. I am stuck with this office because of insurance (HMO) but if you have other options I would pick anywhere else but here.
