HORRIBLE!! I purchased 3 vouchers (last summer!) through DealFind that I will never get my money back because this place is CLOSED. I tried to call DealFind to get my money back - no luck! I even contacted MAID BRIGADE Headquarters and Lindsay Planovsky informed that there was "nothing she can do" -- This is ridiculous!! NEGATIVE 5 STARS!! I'll NEVER USE MAID BRIGADE OR DEALFIND EVER AGAIN. Thanks for all of your help!

This company is TERRIBLE! I had a very difficult time scheduling an appointment. They don't take any appointments later than 3:30 p.m.! Then when I finally arranged an appointment a month out they NEVER SHOWED UP and when I tried to call the number was no longer working!!! Groupon was kind enough to refund my money but I wanted my house cleaned! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Based on all their customer reviews they've likely closed shop!

I bought a Groupon for home cleaning services by this company about a year ago and we tried several time to reach them and schedule a cleaning, but were unsuccessful every time. We were finally able to reach them after the promotional value of Groupon had expired, but they refused to honor even the paid value of the Groupon, which never expires. We contacted Groupon and they refunded the paid value immediately and apologizes for our troubles.
