Wow, this Bill guy delivers good, quick tattoos (we wanted simple)! We got lucky that he was taking walk-ins today as this was a spur of the moment kinda thing! He walks you through the whole process and will tell you straight up how it is. Reasonably priced! Fine line work is great and so is the shading! Can't wait to come back!
