Best service ever! Came home to find that our furnace had stopped working. Called Element Services at 12:30 in the afternoon. The technician was at my house within 10 minutes, diagnosed the issue, ordered and picked up the appropriate part at a local parts supplier, installed the part, and had the furnace up and running by 1:30 p.m. We have definitely found our new HVAC company! Thank you for the prompt and professional service.

We've been using Element for several years now for furnace and AC checks and have been happy with their scheduling, promptness, and price.
In December 2024, water was leaking from our centralized HVAC unit so we had a technician come out. He was knowledgeable and tried to get us through the holidays with a repair. He fully informed us of the status of our unit, our options, and what the pros and cons were for each option. The repair held for a few days, but then failed through no fault of the technician's. We ended up having to have our furnace replaced 2 days before Christmas but they had the furnace in stock and the installers were wonderful... read full review

Matt arrived on time to do a annual service call on our A/C unit. Very polite and professional. We have used Element since moving to Chatham three years ago. Highly recommend this company. Steve
