Simply the best! Computer Works helped set up our home internet when we switched from xFinity to i3, has provided troubleshooting for one laptop and when it was time for a new laptop, took care of getting things set up so I didn't have to. I'm retired and no longer have access to a corporate IT department, but Computer Works fill that role nicely.

Nate is a lifesaver! Today, my external hard drive went bad and stopped working. I was freaking out. I spoke with one of his assistants over the phone, who was very informative and very friendly. When I dropped my hard drive, Nate looked at it, did some diagnostic work, and gave me detailed information about the cost of doing the work and how much it would cost if he needed to send it somewhere else. He was very nice about it, and thank God. Eventually, there was a bent in the controller, and with some manipulation, it worked, and I could retrieve all my data.
