Very expensive for the service we all received. Gel polish on my toes was all up on my skin. Cut my toe and made me bleed. They didn’t clean and sanitize the buckets after we were done and just put new people in.

Everything people say about the poor service and rude attitude is true. The last time I was there was the worst yet. It took a couple of hours, they never speak and act irritated with me. Every time I go my manicure is done differently. I never know what to expect. It’s stressful. I’ve encountered the guy who works there being rude and pushy. I begin to feel like I need to be super nice to try to make the experience more pleasant. Well, forget about it, it’s not going to get any better.My last manicure was so bad. She left small remnants of the acrylic nails on the ends of my nails. It worked like a fulcrum and broke right where my nails began and the fake ones...read full review

I love Regal atChas. Walmart BUT they need more help! Especially on Saturday mornings and early afternoon. Waiting an hour or more is way too long. The nail techs are great but the management needs to provide better service to its customers. It's plenty busy to afford to pay more than 2 techs on Saturdays. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Again. I love Regal and the work the Techs do!
