I had a massage with Ashley (the "new girl") yesterday. I was seriously sore everywhere, especially my hips from carrying a toddler. It was THE BEST massage I've ever had. I ended up asking to extend my session because I knew it would be worth the money! Ashley has solid technique and a clear knowledge and intuition about the muscular system. She incorporated suction cups and stretching with massage and just hit every single muscle exactly how I needed it. I felt so rejuvenated and restored afterward and now it's the next day and I still feel like a million bucks! She's truly miracle worker when it comes to hip and lower back pain.
