Earlier this summer I had an issue with my mini-split. LD sent a tech named Odin to take a look. Within 30 minutes he diagnosed the issue and then completed the repair in a very acceptable amount of time. He was courteous, professional and good humored. During this latest really cold spell my garage furnace started acting up. I again called on LD to take a look. I was very pleased when the LD van pulled in and Odin was the tech. Same as before he completed the repair in the same manner as previous. I highly recommend LD and will use them again when needed.
Great work and got the job done in the same day. They were personable and professional. They let me know what was happening all along the way, and their prices beat the competition that couldn't even do the whole job without me hiring other places to do certain aspects like electrical.
I called LD Mechanical when my air conditioner went out on a Saturday of one of the hottest weeks in Charleston. They returned my call at 7am on Monday, and had my air conditioner fixed by 10:30am! Highly recommend....excellent service.
