Within 30 minutes he diagnosed the issue and then completed the repair in a very acceptable amount of time. He was courteous, professional and good humored. During this latest really cold spell my garage furnace started acting up. I again called on LD to take a look. I was very pleased when the LD van pulled in and Odin was the tech. Same as before he completed the repair in the same manner as previous. I highly recommend LD and will use them again when needed.“
