Some of the CNA's are helpful; some do not care to help at all. I arrived here Nov 02, 2023. Meals are horrible! Today I asked for pain pill, FOR MY PAIN, at 3:20. It is now 7:20 still waiting. Pain having a blast. The medical professionals who do help, are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The ones who do not care make stay here miserable.Addendum At 7:50, I asked CNA for water. At 8:55, nurse comes on duty gives me pain pill, and water. She is wonderful caregiver; provides patients excellent care. Awesome place filled with caring staff members! They help us out so much to see my aunt who is staying there on short notice when I was passing though on short notice. Thank you all!

Hello my daughter was a patient of Hilltop through the winter months 100 days she was here for physical therapy she grew to really care for her CNA’s and nurses they were like family to her. I have the same therapist that my daughter had and they have done wonders with me I look forward to them coming down the hall each day. My therapy may not be as long as my daughters was but I’m sure it will be a quality one.
