This place is busy. It's a shame some of these drivers go blazing through the parking lot or backing out of the fuel island or a parking space without even looking... they have absolutely no consideration or respect for other drivers, but then it is the Shitcago area so what do you expect. Inside was reasonably clean. Godfathers selection was terrible and Chester's didn't have much of a choice for sides, but the tenders were decent and the biscuit was fresh.
One suggestion which may help morale at Love's Travel Stop.....(The Smith & Wesson knife case. Every store I have been to and asked if I could buy a knife, the employees are visibly and openly anguished by the entire experience. The knives for display cannot be sold. The filing system for storing knives is barely put in place. Please take down the knife in the display if the store is sold out. This will save the employee and the customer needless stress in a world already too stressful. Thank you for listening.)
