All the stylists are SO friendly! The manager Brittany always makes sure you're getting the service you deserve/need! No upcharging or deceiving at all. A good price for a GREAT haircut!!

Got my daughter’s hair cut. Went in when her curls were wet because they are easier to work with. Now that her hair has dried the hair cut is absolutely awful. 😢

Update: After posting this review guest services did reach out to me and helped connect me with the manager to help coordinate a solution.

Although, a refund doesn’t give back my daughter’s hair, I do believe mistakes happen. And I appreciate everyone involved trying to correct it.

We always go to the great clips in Minooka and see the same stylist whose first name is Kelsey. Love how she does my hair. Always has a smile. And we can pick up right where we left off from my previous haircut. Do everything you can to keep her.
