Core built a beautiful home for us. Easy process, good communication. I would definitely recommend. It's unfortunate the people who use reviews just to complain - many things were explained up front (example, they patch cracks but don't paint to whatever you custom painted your home). Visit for yourself.
We built with core and moved in 2016. Building home took 7 months longer than they stated. When we moved in driveway and side walks we’re not completed. Building materials and trash was left in yard when we moved in. Took multiple calls to get them to pick up. Trench was around house during winter where water would sit against foundation and freeze since it was winter. They did not come back until spring. Did not grade yard properly or lay 6-8 inches of topsoil before laying sod. The shrubs planted were dead when we moved in I had to rip out and replace. We in the later stages of building our new home with Core Homes and couldn't be happier! We can't wait to move in! From day one, John, Amy and the staff there have been friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, punctual and thorough. The quality of their product is top notch and they are personally involved with the process and the client at each step. Cannot say enough good things!
