I rate my experiences with Dr. Jeganmohan and her staff as a FIVE, as well as that with the technician who performed my CT heart scan. However, Ascension has earned a low rating of ONE for two main reasons: First, the CT Dr. Jeganmohan ordered was a $49 promotion advertised by the hospital—no additional charges per her and per the hospital. However, I now have a radiologist group billing me $135 for reading the scan! And I can’t find anyone at Ascension to correct this! And even worse, Ascension is doing a huge disservice to the Channahon/Minooka community, Dr. Jeganmohan, her patients and staff by closing her office!! Love love Dr Mohan and her whole staff. Very upset and disappointed with the Ascension group closing this office and not keeping DR Mohan on staff. I am an RN myself and she is truly one of the best doctors I have ever had. You will lose me as a customer and I will follow her wherever she goes. Other customers/patients were also verbalizing how upset they are at this change.
