Response time after booking was prompt. She was familiar with my hair type immediately during my consultation. She definitely gave me hair dresser vibes and her state licensure was very reassuring. Surprisingly, I booked a Silk Press Package instead of my normal style because this was a new salon. I don’t know which was better, the Wash or the Shine honey! I had a great experience at Dollface Beauty and Lash Bar! I was able to get a last minute appointment on my visit to St. Louis, the communication was great. The facility was very nice, it was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff had the utmost professionalism, and the environment was especially friendly. I would 10/10 recommend this salon.
