I found myself a new mechanic shop based on the EXCELLENT SERVICE I RECEIVED, when i took my Cadillac ATS, AWD Turbo in to get it fixed. I had an idea what was needed, and had gotten a couple estimates. Not only was the price fair; the mechanic diagnosed exactly what was needed; did not try to over sale me on things not needed, and provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. DUSTY, OWNER OF STREETTEAM, IS VERY DOWN TO EARTH AND WELCOMING. He delivered my car to me once it was done; because, i did not have a ride to go and pick up the car. I've already scheduled my next job on my second vehicle with this shop. The workers were nice too!
I had a harmonic balancer and oil pan gasket replaced by Dusty and his team. Great Customer Service, Great Communication, and Affordable Prices!
I went in today to get my rear breaks @ rotors changed & the service I experienced was top notch! I had read a previous reviews about street team Automotive, and how great the owner and staff were and I will say it’s all true ! Their prices are much more reasonable than bigger companies, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy!! I will be a returning customer for all of my vehicle needs! This place went above and beyond for me today!! Thank you guys so much for all the hard work you put into my car today !
