Warning to others considering this company: My experience was extremely disappointing due to consistently poor communication and lack of follow-through. Craig, the manager I dealt with and also a member of ownership, did not return multiple calls and made commitments that were never fulfilled, which caused significant delays in resolving property damage. The only reliable and helpful part of this experience was the office staff who answered the phones, the lower management staff that did everything they could to assist the situation, but I have learned that most of them have quit. An absolute terrible company. They skip yards and whole streets ALL THE TIME for weeks on end and residents end up having to fork out $$ to have it done even though munie is contracted to do it. They have also damaged personal property many times and deny responsibility to residents.

We live on Fort Riley- our front yard and common areas have not been edged in over TWO months, and this is unacceptable. Add to that, the mowing is not done on a weekly basis, and is often skipped for several weeks. The grass gets so tall that it sprouts fuzzy tips, several species of which turn in to BURRS that stick to my kids’ clothing and socks (not from walking on the grass, but on the sidewalk) because the grass is SO long, that you cannot even walk in the middle of the sidewalk without brushing against it.
