Jordan Peetz came out to evaluate a problem we have seen recently. He was thorough and professional, consulting with one of the designers to ensure he understood our problem. He explained in detail what was happening and gave me recommendations on a simple fix that should correct the problem. He did not try to sell me on a more extensive fix. Based on his services, we would call Helitech again if any future problem arises.
