We rented a huge water slide bounce house for our girls 10th birthday and we will rent from them again!! The whole process was super easy from booking online, communicating via text message, drop off and pick up. Can’t recommend them more!!
Highly recommend using this company. I was in a pinch. I had a bounce house company back out on me for a event I needed bounce houses for last minute. I made a few phone calls and got in touch with John at gateway bounce. Within 1.5 hrs John hooked me up with 4 bounce houses for my event. He was able to get me hooked up last minute and I am very thankful for. All his employees were polite and great to deal with. John and his crew with Gateway bounce houses are a great business and I highly recommend. I already have him scheduled for my next year's event in 2024. Thank you again.
My entire experience from getting a quote, asking questions and setup/tear down of the bounce house was such a great experience. The staff was friendly and courteous. This is a great company to rent the bounce houses from. I would absolutely be a repeat customer.
