This studio is amazing and has become one of my favorite routines. Diana is truly incredible and I am sore even as I write this review! If I could, I would attend even more classes every week!
I attended a yin yoga class here today & it was absolutely enchanting. The studio is welcoming & calm. The owner / instructor, Diana, was excellent at creating a serene sanctuary to unwind. I’d recommend this spot to anyone as they have classes for any level. I can’t wait to incorporate this space into my weekly routine!
Absolutely love this studio and the classes! There is always great variety of workouts to choose from and the instructors are great at keeping you motivated throughout them and pushing you to get the most out of your workout
