Lily Koukol has been AMAZING right from the beginning. So loving, patient and kind. She ALWAYS responds to any inquiry right away... either with an answer to my question or to let me know when she will have an answer. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. I knew right from the beginning that I chose the right place for my loved one and (eventually) the rest of my family. You are in good hands with Windridge. So disappointed in what Windrige has become. Used to feel like family and every detail was taken care of. Now I can't even get them to put my parents stone back where it belongs. Been waiting since the first of April. All the dirt is still piled up.
We had the privilege of working with Lily Koukol for several months this spring. She was always so patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable as we worked together to find the perfect eternal resting place for our future!
As my husband has said after retiring from a retail career in Purchasing, Lily was working to resolve our wants and needs as opposed to just making a sale! She always had and has our best interest at heart! Thank you, Lily, for the many hours you spent with us in resolving our needs.
