5 stars! Mike was there within a few days of signing a contract, did a great job putting in the base (went deep on concrete, kept area clean, level pour), and did a great job assembling the hoop.

A really wonderful experience. The office cleared/verified the dig with JULIE. Vern was very communicative and we scheduled directly over text, which made it so easy. He arrived on time for the removal of old and digging the new concrete. He worked with me to find the best spot and advise on placement of the new hoop, which really helped to make sure we did it right. Part 1 was completed in a timely manner. Same thing for part 2 for the actual install of the hoop (a week later to let concrete cure) – arrived on time, job done well and within a couple hours. All packaging cleaned up and tidied. Really just a perfect experience that could not have gone better!

We had a concrete basketball pole opposite our garage and, not only was it never used, was the cause of a few accidents of drivers backing into it! You always had to warn people to be careful. It needed to go! I was fortunate to find Mike at Universal Service Center in Cary! The online form was easy to follow and allowed me to send photos! He got in touch immediately and said he could do it in a few days. Mike texted a time window and the day of texted he would be arriving within the half hour. Communication was excellent.
