Friendly staff with good attitudes. The doctors and techs are professional while being very personable They do a good job evaluating and explaining the process and goals. I have been to Carterville Integrated for Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Massage, and Mental Health, and General Practice medicine. Highly recommend.
My mother has used Integrated Health for physical therapy two other occasions. The entire staff from front office to physical therapists are so kind, and friendly. The physical therapist takes their time to listen to mom and address any issues she is having. They are constantly checking on her pain level as they run through her exercises. Knowing that mom is happy to go and thinks so highly of everyone, brings our family much comfort.
Integrated Health is excellent. The entire staff team is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They offer so many services at an affordable rate - even for those without insurance. Pam is excellent at walking you through costs and how your insurance works with their services. This is the first healthcare facility I have been to that will be honest and upfront about costs. No scary bills later. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. I love their holistic approach. They really dive in to get to know you. They don’t just treat the immediate issue, they manage your current symptoms while finding the root cause of your symptoms.
