Got a root canal and was terrified to tears going in. My root canal is now done with the only pain I experienced being a "small pinch". I am absolutely astonished at how much it didn't hurt, and how kind the Dr and all his staff Leslie, Delisia and MANY others were. Outstanding folks!

So very thankful I found this dentist and his team. I haven’t had great experiences with dentists as an adult. The ease with this one began with making the appointment. I made it at least a month in advance knowing that I did need some work after the initial exam and cleaning. When they called to confirm the appointment, unfortunately I had to reschedule due to a conflict. She rescheduled the appointment, but it was over a month out to get into the Carterville office, but I was put on the cancellation call list. They had an appointment open up the same week I was originally scheduled and I jumped on it although I have anxiety with dentist. The communication via text...read full review
