We love The Granite Factory! We have now bought 9 countertops in two houses from them over 6.5 years between 2018 to 2024. (Kitchen, Laundry room, and 7 bathrooms in the 2 houses). Downers Grove house we updated before we sold in 2023, and our newly remodeled house we bought in Homer Glen and remodeled in 2023 and 2024.)The Granite Factory does everything top notch professionally. Sven's measurements are precise and professionally done. Lar's electronic order processing and emailing of layout is excellent. From start to finish The Granite Factory delivered us a great countertop experience. Becky was very patient and helpful starting us off and then Sven coming to the house taking measurements, finally the professional installation crew completing the job made us very happy. Love the product, workmanship and service. Thank you all.

Granite Factory was recommended to us by a neighbor and our General Contractor. From the first time I contacted Lars, he was beyond helpful and extremely responsive (never had to leave a message, always available any time I called). I picked out 3 slabs at a granite shop, called Lars to give him the information and he took it from there. It was so painless and the team of installers were great!! Our project was even completed early, which was so unexpected but appreciated more than they will know! I highly recommend Lars and his team to anyone needing work done!
