This location LA Tan is the best one yet! Always clean, professional, and organized. This location has the most friendly and down to earth employees. Always making me feel welcome and comfortable when I come in for my daily tan. The employees always inform me on their monthly deals to help me get the most for my money! If i could give this LA Tan 10 stars I would! Highly recommend to come to this location over the others.

Flexible hours, friendly and attentive staff. This location is always spotless. They have a great selection of lotions! One of the staff was so knowledgeable and helpful in getting the right lotion for me.

I have been a customer for many years at a different location and let me share my recent experience. I happened to be on Main St in Carpentersville and I noticed the LA Tan sign and since I had a little extra time I thought I would stop in and tan. I'm impressed!!!! I was treated with 5 stars from the time I walked in to the time I left plus this was the best tan I have had on a one time walk in! This tells me that this location is on top of their game. I must point out that customer service is everything to me, if you have a friendly face with a great positive attitude then you will retain customers.
