The name Alisson who was at Customer service VA clinic ,she abused me with phone online call
Just make Appointment almost 1 hour she talk about something wrong not relate my appointment
She know I'm a foreigner, not speak English very well, but I can't understand everything and I can say what I want to make appointment. She should not what at the customer service. We're going to fight each other later she say appointment is 1:30 pm but When I go, the appointment is late 1:15pm
I need to reschedule again. I have to off my day off tow day Because of her I very well to know she play me Feeling so bad for about this I made sure to ask twice 1:30 pm.

I recently visited VNA Clinic and had an outstanding experience. The highlight was definitely the amazing provider, Gaby, who was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout the visit.
Additionally, Vianey took my vitals and Virginia checked us in quickly and efficiently, making the whole process seamless. Their friendly demeanor set a positive tone right from the start!
I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking great care and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, Gaby, Vianey, and Virginia, for making my visit so pleasant!
