From the moment I walked in, Vicky made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. I was going through a really rough time, and if it hadn’t been for her warmth and kindness, I honestly might have broken down. She didn’t just do her job, she showed me compassion when I needed it most.
And Rasheeda Eiland was just as amazing. She listened attentively, took her time with me, and treated me with empathy and respect throughout the entire visit. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and wants the best for them.

I've gone to VNA for years. I can always get an appointment the same week, if not the next day. Once there, the waiting time to see a nurse and nurse practitioner are minimal. I leave knowing that my questions have been answered and my needs have been met.
So here is something that happened to me that is the only reason for the 2 stars, the staff was perfect the place is nice full with very kind people, but here is the thing, I went to get a COVID test and they took the sample and made a great job but when I told them the reason for the test was that I was going to travel abroad and that I needed the result to travel they said that it was fine because it takes between 3-5 days to get the results and I went on a Tuesday and my flight was on the next Tuesday so they said that it was more than enough time but the result did not come and I have to reschedule my flight and you know how this is so that was my problem
