The Dentist are super friendly and polite,professional and do exactly what you asked for without trying to sell you into anything else. What a great change from other places in our area! I can't speak highly enough about Dr Meera and her team. My husband and I both had not been to a dds in a while, so a bit nervous. 1st, booking the appointment was seamless, Amelia wasted no time checking insurance for us and several back and forth emails making sure we were doing what we needed. No hard nose gate keeping, no pressure just made it super simple to complete the paperwork so we could have the appointments. 2nd, Erika our hygienist, super friendly, no shaming for the "status" of our teeth ;) just gentle and thoroughly explained the whats and whys. 3rd, Dr Meera came in and yes she was referred to me but, so natural and friendly as if she were MY friend that I had referred out, and highly educational beyond expectations. Yea it doesn't stop there, I had a temp for a crown made and I wish I knew the assistant's name, but she was amazing. I was insistent that the temp was too big, I couldn't bite down evenly lol (likely bc my mouth was numb) but she didn't say "you're crazy lady" she was so patient with me, worked and worked on it to make more comfortable, like an sculpter really. And guess what, a couple of days later when all the inflammation settled, my bite was back to normal lol duh! Lest not forgot to mention the rest of the admin team patiently helping us sort billing & the cozyiness of the office, you'll get it when you visit. Go see Dr Meera and team at Sunshine Family Dental, it will be the best dds experience you've had :)
