I discovered my AC went out at 9:45 pm on a Monday night. I called Shamrock HVAC at 9:55. The receptionist (a real person) took my information. The technician called at 10:00pm. He was here by 10:30 pm and by 11:05 pm my AC unit was fixed and running again. Nothing like having fresh cool air when it is the mid 90's. Thank you Shamrock for such great and attentive service. Chris came out and let me know my old furnace was on its last leg. He didn’t pressure me into a new system, and gave me the option of repair or replacement. The price for replacement was fair and not gouged even though it was the dead of winter and I had no heat.The very next day, I had a new furnace installed in a matter of hours.
