I couldn't be happier with the service from Justin. He came out twice on a intermittent problem with my furnace and came up with the most cost-effective solutions. He is prompt, friendly and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this company's services.
Had poorly performing AC - Justin suggested to check the air filter (which I had done) and check the compressor outside to see if the coil had any debris - which it did - I cleaned that. He came out for a consult - checked the freon pressure and gave some options about going forward - the one he suggested since there was some cooling coming to evaluate things ongoing. He also checked the freon on a old AC unit which had been sitting for years in case it had any of the R-22 freon.When I asked what charge there was for the call - he indicated none.Sadly the AC performance has been very marginal so I'm going to see about one of the other options he mentioned.I appreciate that he was not trying to sell me anything but tried to come up with a solution which would be best for us.
