I have been using Loren Carpet Cleaners for years now. Was having problems with the chain store carpet cleaners and a friend recommended them to me. Brian is very professional and does a great job – not a rush job. My carpets look brand new after he leaves. He was even able to get stains out of the wool area rug in my entry way. They are the only ones I use now and the only ones I would trust with my carpets and Oriental wool rugs.
