Just got no chip cat eye manicure. Get home and realize she forgot the top coat on my left hand, and there are fibers from my clothes stuck on the surface of the paint on my left hand. We'll see when I go back tomorrow if they make it right and apply the top clear coat on the left hand.1st photo is right hand with top coat2nd and 3rd photo is left hand with no top clear coatUPDATE: I went back at 10 AM, the time that it stated online when they opened. No one was there, so I called their number. I asked when they were going to open, and the person stated 11 AM [a whole hour later than what they were supposed to be open]. I have been a customer of Hot Nails / Kim, the owner, for 19 years. I get Pink n White sculpted nails as well as Pedis. I travel from near Chicago to Kim because she is the ONLY one that i have found that can sculpt the Pink n White nails to a natural looking nail - well shaped and THIN, not Thick and unnatural.I ALWAYS GET COMPLIMENTS ABOUT MY NAILS because Kim rocks the sculpturing brush like nobody's business! AND THAT IS WHAT MATTERS TO ME. I highly recommend!

I've been a customer here since they opened. I think a lot of the negative reviews for being rude is because they speak their own language while working on you. I believe it is their store and their choice to speak whatever language they want to, it affects me zero The higher priced places will sit and talk to you the entire time. That's not the experience you will get here. They do really good work and get you an appointment fairly quickly. Just do not expect a long conversation it's nice and quiet and calming in there.
