I had such a wonderful experience getting my facial by Krystina! My skin felt so clean, refreshed, and hydrated afterward. The service was relaxing, and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole appointment. You can really tell they care about their clients and take their time. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend! ✨
Brandon was excellent. I am a very light touch due to chronic pain issues. It isn't always easy to truly address trigger points with light pressure, but he did an amazing job. Highly recommend.
I’m giving 5 stars for the customer service and the spa cleanliness and professionalism by the staff at Carol Stream. The receptionist was super sweet and friendly and I’m glad I found a place near me. Unfortunately, the pressure with the massage itself was just too light for me, even though I requested firm. I’m looking forward to trying other female massage therapists at this location.
