I moved here in July, only to discover that there were major safety issues when the Fall inspection was done. I am sooo grateful to the entire team at Gray's Mechanical LLC. From each technician that came into my condo to the staff that took my calls, they were easy to interact with, very professional, and always quick to respond to an inquiry. I had an extremely frustrating situation with my home Warranty situation that dragged the replacement far longer that it should have, but once I got in touch with Gray's it was the complete opposite.
