Absolutely phenomenal place to work. Everyone treats you with respect. You truly are a person here, not a number. Equipment is very well maintained by the amazing mechanic staff. Dispatch stays on top of things and has you your next load quickly and gives you as many miles as you can handle. The owner is very hands on and works hard to keep things moving smooth in all departments. Safety treats you with respect. I wouldn't work for any other OTR carrier in the country. There just isn't enough good I could say about this company. They truly care about you because they know for them to be successful, you too must be successful.

As a professional driver - you want to be treated well - isn’t that what most promise - with good pay - then you learn after you make the move welp it wasn’t what you were told - lies in the industry are common place - here at dynamic I was told before I was chosen that they operate on truth first - driver always - and when problems arise - we deal with it in truth and work forward- I’ve just completed my first year here - and still have the best treatment anywhere - pays are excellent- I work hard and that’s ok with me- I choose to do many things - no restrictions- easy going open minded and accept the challenges they share - I decide and move forward- I’m...read full review
