Julio was thorough finding so many things that I missed. His report was helpful to my lawyer's ability to get remediation for several important deficiencies. There was a small item missed that was found after the inspection but it would not prevent me from recommending this home inspection company. Five stars.
Jose @ Detective Home Inspectors did a fantastic job. This was going to be my first ever home purchase but after Jose spent nearly 2 hours investigating the house and uncovering all the major issues, we decided to back out.
A small fee to pay for a lifetime of issues that were avoided.
Thank you for your hard work and dedication! You really saved me from a bad purchase!
I was given very short notice to close on a property and had limited time for an inspection before closing. Jose was extremely accommodating and arranged a thorough inspection on short notice. He provided a detailed, clear, and easy-to-understand report within just two hours of the inspection, which was far quicker than I expected.
Having him on board helped me identify several crucial issues before closing. I highly recommend Detective Home Inspectors for their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
