From now on I will be using Chappel's Heating and Cooling!
I had a new AC unit installed back in 2023 and have had problems with it ever since. It simply (and frustratingly) would not cool or hold a charge no matter how many service calls were performed.
I contacted Chappel's and they worked diligently, putting in probably 10 hours or more, to get it running. My AC has never worked so well! It now has force when blowing and has never felt so cold.
I'm a happy camper!

We had an issue with our dryer ventilation and they were able to identify the root problem and provide recommended solutions to correct. Their team promptly scheduled a service date and fixed the issue. Now we have dry clothes again!
