Always a friendly environment environment. Have taken 3 of my kids here over the years numerous times and have always been satisfied, the one time we were not they had no problem fixing it.
Walk ins welcome, but you really should make an appointment. Most days they can get you in that same day. Sara is great with the kids. There's always an up to date product supply available for purchase as well.
