It's listed as 24hr climate controlled storage. Yes it's climate controlled, but however it is not 24hr. That's only with special circumstances and permission. Read the rules carefully because if you violate them then your access is limited to twice a day and with supervision. 1 week late and they start the lien process against your unit and at 30 day mark they auction off your unit and charge you for selling it. Make sure you keep your unit locked even when loading in or out each time you leave, if it's passed 10pm you'll be locked out and Mgr will not answer nor reply to your calls.
We used this storage facility for exactly one year. We selected it for climate control due to delicate items. We noticed bugs after one month due to another storage unit and they immediately sprayed and addressed the issue. They cleaned constantly. Highly recommend.
