A very nice discount chain. This facility is clean, and all of the equipment was operational. There’s not much in terms of free weights, so if that’s your thing, you may want to go elsewhere. Otherwise, this has a complete lineup of resistance and Nautilus-type machines as well as all the styles of treadmills and a whole room of ab equipment. Bring your own lock and towel.
Music so loud early afternoon for the past week I had to leave. Need another location.Back there today. Music at normal level. I love working out here. Nice people, clean machines. 5 stars!
Clean good staff , equipment and tvs to keep you occupied while working out including wifi has locker room showers if you needed it. Plus the black membership access to massage lounges / chairs great before or after a workout including tanning if that's your thing. Good price
