I was searching for something else on line and found 2 less than stellar reviews about One-O-One Yoga. I have taken classes there off and on for for at least seven years. All the classes are different. Some are extraordinarily energetic and not for beginners. Others are low key and designed to teach proper form and alignment before one moves on to more advanced work. The majority of instructors I've had classes form over the years are well trained in gearing their practice to different levels of experience in their students.
