“I started with Lashes done by owner, Dulce when I worked in Belvidere $50 fills every 2 to 3 weeks. She is kind, gorgeous and flexible. I changed jobs and used 2 other salons 815 and lacey, fills were $65 and up, they always switched my appt without asking to new techs and I was not a priority. I'd had enough. The drive to Belvidere was worth it. Classic full set $85, no one else offers this with lashes that are on point. So back to Dulce, now she did a tint on brow for like $10 every other lash fill. I was in love with, color, shape and how long it lasted. So I booked a Ombre Powder brow and it is Perfect, just exactly what I said, shade, shape and kindness with numbing and making sure I was doing OK. Today, I took my sis for permanent eyeliner and Dulce was fabulous, kind, and they look exactly like pic. Again with sweetness and patience, Dulce always sked if she was numb, checked on her and always showed her with a mirror how it looked.
