Called kinseltrucking..the morning of my drain clogged . I have a septic tank. Was told by Josh to call office. When called the secretary took my information. An she said send work order out. An some one would call me with time they would b at my place.josh call me an was sending work order to Charles an he would call me. He called an would b at my place in a half hour. Charlie's Smith showed up. An worked hard at getting our sevwer unclogged. He explain every thing he was doing. . He found out when he put camera in that it was a root ball. The tech that came was Charlie Smith. He was great and did a great job explaining everything that needed to be done for our situation. He was very kind and the company itself seems like they want what is best for their coustumers. I would definitely recommend him and Kinsel to anyone.
