Being a Coach and Personal Trainer our bodies take a beating daily.. Knowing that I had compensation and pains was no fun when trying to show workouts to clients. On NATIONAL STRESS DAY,let me tell you,Yesterday I had gone in for pain in between the shoulder blades.I had met with Margaret who worked on my back for an hour manipulating all the knots and muscles to relieve the pain. Today I literally felt no pain,to finish up lots of tasks I couldnt complete. I will follow up with her as with Jesse for some acupuncture when the time is right.
