Held on to this place for so long ONLY for the pedicures, after today I will no longer consider or recommend the "nail shop" for any reason. Terrible service, terrible attitudes, purposely misunderstanding which causes so much stress, incorrect tone in voice. Terrible. 0 stars. Totally dissatisfied.

This Nail Spa is at 13077 S Ashland Ave, Calumet Park, IL 60827, 708 388-1288. I was there with family members. I watched these people overcharge a mother that was there with her three daughters. She just wanted regular polish for her daughter but was charged for some expensive nail chip polish. The guy said that the daughter asked for it. This is far from the truth. The mother explained or told him at the beginning what she wanted for her daughters. You cannot ask a child what she wants when her mother is paying for it. I just wanted a pedicure, because I have not had one in several months. Good news is I was able to walk in no appointments and have service started right away. Now the bad thing is it was a rush experienced, I felt like the man just turn the water on , scrub and file my foot and it was over. He try passive aggressive for me to get a chip polish that I didn't want. He really didn't communicate that much to me when it was time dry my polish. So therefore I will not come back.
